Copa: What do you think about the new football season with the Washington Commanders and their new owners?
Walter: I am excited with the new ownership and vision for the city. Copa: It's been 24 years since the team has had a change in ownership with a new atmosphere at the front office. In your opinion, do you believe the fans are excited about the change?
Walter: Absolutely. The fans have suffered for over 15 years with a lot of internal and external issues. |

Copa: Ticket sales are already up. What new changes will be coming as to help inform the fans in the Washington, DC area the Commanders are serious about change?
Walter: One can find daily updates in the media, especially on radio and television sportscasts. Copa: Will we be seeing any new coaches this season for the team?
Walter: We already have a new offensive coach hired earlier this year! |

Walter: Everyone is fired up and ready to go with new ownership and vision on many different levels!

Walter: We picked up a few new draft picks and resigned some vets. Such as Terry McLaurin

Walter: I personally attended training camp last week. Everyone is excited and ready for the new season.

Walter: Absolutely. I think the new owners - Josh Harris and Majic Johnson will bring a lot of excitement for the city over the next 5 - 10 years.
