Melvin Lee Walker, also known as the Runway King, is one of the hardest working, motivational pounding, trend setting persons in the Modeling & Entertainment industry in the Washington, D.C./New York area of the United States. King has forced his way into the main stream platforms with his honorable appearance and performance as a runway model at D.C. Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, D.C. Swim Week and more. Melvin has graced the runway for many international designers covering over 35 countries. Giving credit to his mother and aunt, Melvin was raised in a strong structured home in District Heights MD, sharing responsibilities with his five siblings. Deciding to join the United States Air Force as the first step to pursuing his dreams, Melvin began his journey of personal development while beginning his modeling career for the last 6 years. While serving and fighting for his country, knowing that he has a life full of experience, Melvin adopted the stage name "Runway King" and began to dedicate his life to life lessons learned through becoming a professional runway model. As Mr. King continues his journey, he hopes to share his love, inspiration, modeling and motivation with everyone he comes in contact with. Enhancing the world one city at a time is the future agenda for the Maryland native. Living by his words; "Change your mind you change your life, Change your heart you change your soul!"
