Copa: Where are you from?
Samrina: I'm from Ethiopia. Copa: Were did you attend school?
Samrina: I graduated from Wachamo University and studied Nursing. Copa: Who encouraged you to be interested in modeling?
Samrina: When I was a kid I saw the Miss World Pageant. One contestant was named Sayat. After seeing her I wished to become an international model as well. Copa: What is your personal philosophy to fashion?
Samrina: I enjoy a natural relaxed look to feel comfortable at all times. As far as my style, I like garments that reflect my personality. I always prefer garments that reflect my true personality. I love to feel classic, romantic, and alluring, with a modern flair. |
Copa: Who are your favorite 3 models?

- Hayat Ahmed, she was the first contestant to represent Ethiopia in the Miss World Pageant.
- Liya Kebed, she is strong and was the ambassador for new borns and the overall health of children. She is definitely one of my heroes.
- Anna Getaneh, she established an organization to promote fashion in Ethiopia and other countries in Africa. I respect her very much!
Copa: What does the future hold for Samrina Lem Lem and her world of fashion and style?
Samrina: I wish to continue to work hard and some day become the top model of the world. Hopefully I wish to be more stylish and maintain continued confidence as well as continuing my love for God.
