Copa: Where are you from?
Loubna: I'm originally from Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Copa: When did you discover the 'joy of cooking?'
Loubna: To be honest, I started cooking more than 20 years ago. Upon coming to the state I had to pamper my husband with delicious dishes from our home country and others....I can say that the experience and result were pretty amazing. |

Copa: Have you ever attended any cooking classes?
Loubna: I never thought to attend any cooking classes but instead I was advised by my guests and friends to start teaching classes. They were always astonished to taste the results and I remember one of my friends testifying to other guests who have never tried my food that you may swallow your fingers with the food because it's so delicious.

Copa: How did you hear about the Thermomix?
Loubna: Being from Morocco, I could say that I learned about the magic of Thermomix many years back, at least 10 years, as it is very popular back home. As you know, we are close to Europe and we get a lot of products from there and the influence.
I was so happy when they started selling Thermomix TM6 in USA and I did not want to miss the occasion to finally tailor my knowledge of cooking with the technics of Thermomix and explore many other recipes from all over the world and from exclusive chefs.
The value added to it is that I can teach local guests and hosts how to make Thermomix work for their own recipes and also get them to discover the beautiful flavor of Moroccan Food as well, like for instance Couscous.
