Copa: Would you say that many of your items make great gifts?
Elisabeth: No doubt about it. First, I make market demand analysis before I purchase any items to make sure whether most of my targeted customers may like it or not, secondly, I also make assessment every now and then how my customers feel about the different items they purchased from my boutique by collecting every feedback I get (through my website, my social media comments, through the emails I receive) and analyzing them based on different attributes. |
Copa: What makes your Boutique so special to your valued customers?
Elisabeth: I treat my Valued Customers with special care such as addressing them with their right title and correct names, borrowing them umbrella if it rains and give them credit.
