Nidhi Mahajan Khaneja
Copa: Where are you from?
Nidhi: I’m from New Delhi, India known for its rich cultural heritage. Almost 23 years ago, I moved to the Washington, DC area. This journey from one capital city to another has been enriching, allowing me to embrace new opportunities and experiences. Copa: Which schools have you attended and the coursework you enjoyed the most?
Nidhi: I attended Navy school in India before earning degrees in Computer Information Systems and Project Management from George Mason University in Virginia. This educational journey has been fulfilling and instrumental in my career, particularly in leading mission-critical Information Technology projects for the federal government sector. Copa: Who inspired you the most in your life?
Nidhi: I draw inspiration from my 'high-vibe tribe'—including my parents, life partner, both my kids, family, friends, and mentors—who have instilled strong values and enriched my journey. As a lifelong learner, I am also inspired by all the special guests, kindness ambassadors and volunteers featured on our platform - true heroes who are making a meaningful and profound impact through their stories of kindness. |
Copa: What important activities are you involved with now that you want to mention?
Nidhi: I dedicate a considerable time to family and supporters encouraging giving back and community volunteering. We truly believe that ‘the secret of living is giving.’ Whether you give your time, a sincere compliment, encouraging words, or simply a pat on the back. Small thoughtful gestures can go a long way. Engaging in humanitarian efforts and charity activities energizes us and brings immense fulfillment. We definitely rise by uplifting others!
