Copa: Where are you from?

Chiezda: I was born in Washington, DC at Howard University Hospital and raised in Anacostia, an area of Southeast DC.
Copa: Where did you attend school?

Chiezda:
Copa: What makes you a good communicator?

Chiezda:  Having grown up in environments and been exposed to positions that offered her a “seat at the table” to learn from people who were from very different backgrounds than she (CEO’S, Financial Portfolio Managers, Program Directors), she learned to master the art of listening and communicating and thus sought out a career where both of those skills would prove most useful- EXCUTIVE ASSITANT.  For the past 20+ years, she’s worked in a supportive role, ensuring the success of others using her most powerful attributes, consistency and leadership.
Copa: What was your first job?

Chiezda: was at a newsletter service at the tender age of 16, where she began working (under the table at age 14 until she received her DC work permit), and was the youngest employee at the company where the average employee’s age was 45.  To say that she learned a TON ABOUT LIFE from her colleagues would be an understatement.
Born to James Davis and Marqurita Washington, Chiezda Washington is the youngest, of her 2 siblings.  A native Washingtonian, she was born at Howard University Hospital and raised in the Anacostia area of S.E. – DC.  As a child, she liked many things, most of which involved academics such as: spelling bees and track and field.  Although she was an avid, self-taught hair braider, she enjoyed riding her bicycle and racing the boys in her neighborhood.
Growing up the youngest child, she often felt “unheard” and therefore created a large enough voice that she later became for “being heard before she was seen”.  This somewhat, loud and rambunctious little girl, found her voice and has since used it to serve others who haven’t yet found theirs.  (**Side Note: Chiezda wanted to be a news anchorwoman when she graduated high school but never pursued that career**)
What makes her a great communicator?  Having grown up in environments and been exposed to positions that offered her a “seat at the table” to learn from people who were from very different backgrounds than she (CEO’S, Financial Portfolio Managers, Program Directors), she learned to master the art of listening and communicating and thus sought out a career where both of those skills would prove most useful- EXCUTIVE ASSITANT.  For the past 20+ years, she’s worked in a supportive role, ensuring the success of others using her most powerful attributes, consistency and leadership.
Her first real job was at a newsletter service at the tender age of 16, where she began working (under the table at age 14 until she received her DC work permit), and was the youngest employee at the company where the average employee’s age was 45.  To say that she learned a TON ABOUT LIFE from her colleagues would be an understatement.  She developed her work ethic there and that was to be on-time… all of the time and to be late was simply, not acceptable.  She still carries that with her today.
Along her journey from one job to the next, she’s always taken her pride in leadership and developing relationships, whether internal or external, she’s made some amazing life connections that are continuing to positively affect her to this very day.  One of the greatest joys she’s experienced along the way, was investing in becoming a personal Health Ambassador and Certified Life Coach.  This came as a significant health challenge presented to her mother, could no longer be ignored.  As she and her mother, together began to fight this battle, that had been lost by many, she became more impassioned to help her mother to become well.  She learned of a naturopathic doctor whose teachings were more than 40 years old; older that she was at the time, and she dove in… FEET FIRST.  After becoming a Certified Holistic Life coach, she partnered with a company called Youngevity.  This company’s products helped her mom to regain control of her health as well as put her on the road to recovery.  Now, six years later, her 67 year old mother is doing phenomenally well.  The Healthy Start pak is the foundation on which great health is built.
The saying goes, “What you don’t know can hurt you” but Chiezda believes that “What you don’t know can KILL YOU!”  The truth of the matter is there are things we don’t know and there are things that WE DON’T KNOW THAT WE DON’T KNOW!!! The Healthy Start pak and most importantly, the flagship piece of that puzzle is the multivitamin, Beyond Tangy Tangerine.  This one powder supplement has more than 76 minerals, 60 of which are REQUIRED every day for our bodies to perform at their peak.  The daunting task is helping to educate the public on what they’re missing.  The value in using THIS PRODUCT is that it assists the body with natural healing, something it is already PROGRAMMED TO DO but without the right raw materials, some bodies remain in disrepair until a surgical doctor gets involved.
It’s Chiezda’s belief that all people can benefit from using this product but from her personal experience, just as we know, healing also begins in the mind so the individual who has DECIDED that they want a healthier lifestyle is who benefits MOST FROM USING THIS PRODUCT.  Their body will respond to its use, positively until they reach their desired goal.  The philosophy is that we are always striving to become healthier and live longer so she will never stop using this line of products.
What the products have done for Chiezda, as an on-the-go, single mom, it’s helped her to stay healthy, even when those around her have fallen ill.  It’s increased her energy (although she’s naturally energetic)… wait until you meet her in person, it’s helped to keep her focused at working a full-time job, co-authoring book projects, speaking on health topics, helping clients, supporting her young adult children and serving her community!!! Whew, that was a mouthful.
For anyone who is interested in getting these products in their homes immediately, they can order several ways… the best and most convenient is through her website: www.chiezdaw.youngevity.com where all purchases are both processed and shipped or by calling her directly to process orders by phone.  If there are questions, she can be reached by email at healthambassadorsltd@gmail.com or by phone at 301-659-0880.
What does the future hold for Chiezda?  She’s launching her Health Ambassadors Ltd. Company which will Educate, Empower and Equip individuals, families and corporations on the benefits of self-care and a proactive approach to health disparities.  She’s excited about the future and will be creating a speaking platform from where thousands can come to learn how this “Girl Next Door” became one of the world’s most powerful Health Ambassadors.

With Your Health in Mind,
~Chiezda Washington~
