Copa: Where are you from?
Nakia: I am from Orlando, Florida and lived in West Palm Beach, Florida for 10 years. Copa: Where did you attend school?
Nakia: I attended Seabreeze High School in Ormond Beach Florida. (Home of the Sand Crabs) where I graduated in 2005. Copa: When did you first realize you loved fashion?

Copa: At what time did you participate in you first pageant? How did you enjoy the experience?
Nakia: I participated in my first pageant when I was 8 years old in 2004. The experience was exciting and fun but I also gained confidence that I wanted to keep doing pageants.

Copa: When did you get into modeling? Did you enjoy it?
Nakia: I started modeling in 2002. It was so me, and I knew right then that I loved it.

Copa: At what time did you decide on becoming an Entrepreneur? Was it a difficult decision for you.
Nakia: I decided on becoming and Entrepreneur in the year of 2017. It wasn’t as difficult as I thought It would be but it sure was a different experience.

Copa: What is your philosophy to great makeup styling?
Nikia: My philosophy to great makeup styling is when I look at a women what stands out to me is what is naturally beautiful about their face. I like to apply makeup in a way that it will enhance your features. |

Copa: Who are your 3 favorite models of all time and why?
Nakia: My three favorite models of all time are Naomi Campbell, because she always understood what it meant to be black. She said, “You had to be twice as good.“
My second choice is Tyra Banks, she always had that fierce cat walk on the runway and she loves fashion.
Lastly, Heidi Klum, she embraces that natural inner beauty and loves fashion.

Copa: What does the future hold for Ginga Hardy and her world of Fashion & Style?
Nakia: I have a cosmetic company (Seksi Cosmetic Company) I'm relaunching by the beginning of the year 2021, so stay tuned. I am hoping in the near future to open up my own clothing boutique inspired by my style and uniqueness.
