Copa: Were you nervous in the beginning?
Carly: Absolutely! But I practiced until I was comfortable. I am glad I got over my nerves because being Mrs. Maryland United States has opened a lot of doors.

Copa: How did you enjoy your NYFW adventure?
Carly: I was honored and excited to be selected as a model to participate in this fabulous event. Su and I had the best time in New York. My show was on Saturday and Su’s was on Sunday, so we were able to cover each other’s fashion shows for Copa Style Magazine. When we weren’t participating in fashion shows we were exploring the wonders of Manhattan. This included locations like Rockefeller Center and Times Square. |
I modeled for Dress Haute and the NYFW 2.0 show and modeled in the after show for International Fashion and Arts Week by walking the runway. Su and I were also interviewed by LIVE TV NYC 1.
I felt happy and grateful for the experience. I cannot wait to return to New York!
