"What is the true meaning of Women Empowerment?”

Let me give you my views on what Women Empowering Women should look like.
I will start off by saying one of my “favorite” sayings, “Support goes in a circle.” It’s great to see women having events to empower each other. If you are the producer of the event it’s an even better feeling. Often the event is financially beneficial for the producer. That is not an issue, it’s only right. What I do see as an issue is women constantly preaching women empowerment & they “only” empower their own clique. If you are truly for “empowering women” on a whole you would just support women period. I know certain people will agree & others will turn their noses up, because the truth as we know often hurts. I think in order for us to grow together as women we have to first be honest with ourselves. The bottom line is that women should give out the same love & support that they love receiving in return. I always say that you don’t need a lot of people on your team you just need a few of the right people on your team. Support, love, and assist other women, because their mission is your mission. Let the cliquish ways go & watch us women grow.
