Copa: Where are you from?
Kymberly: I was born in Arlington, VA and raised in Alexandria, Virginia.

Copa: Which schools have you attended?
Kymberly: I went to Mount Vernon High School, and end up graduating From West Potomac High School. I furthered my education attending Strayer University where I graduated with my bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration In Finance. Copa: Have you always considered yourself to be a fashionable person?
Kymberly: Yes, my style has always been tailored to my personality and lifestyle. I’ve always been willing to try bright bold colors, patterns and textures into my wardrobe. My passion for fashion started at an early age. As a little girl I loved to play dress up. I've always looked for creative ways to wear traditional garments non-traditional, how to add custom features and accessories to my outfits to add more flare. After being voted 'Best Dressed' my Junior year of High School representing what fashion was to me. It helped influence those around me to be inspired to try new styles, to be bold, daring, and to be confident while doing so. I'm grateful now be able to share my gifts to the world. Being fashionable for me is more than representing a fashion trend its about versatility and being able to have a style that is timeless. Copa: When, why, and what time did you establish Prestige Concepts Boutique?
Kymberly: I established Prestige Concepts Boutique in 2010 by simply wanting to create an innovative shopping experience that provides a new way of doing business. We wanted to stand out from the crowd. We've always been drawn to the opportunity to take a chance on being a mobile retailer. We love the concept “We Bring The Fashion To You” and we've ran with that ever since we started. We can bring our products to you instead of waiting for you to come to us. People follow the trucks movements on our social media platforms and on our website. On any give Day it could be a music festival, concert, parking lot, or special event. Stay tuned because we are coming to your city next.

Copa: In your opinion, what makes your boutique special?
Kymberly: Our boutique is special because we offer our customers 3 ways to shop. Online, In-Store, and we're Mobile. We bring the Fashion to you: (Deliveries, PopUpShops) We're currently on our #40CitiesIn40Weeks City Tour spreading our brand nationally. |

Copa: Please tell us about your amazing Fashion Truck.
Kymberly: Our Fashion Truck And Trailer, brings style to you. We have our iconic logo, and info on our fashion trucks that provide a great marketing tool to be seen, even before you may hear about us. By being a mobile boutique we have the option to travel from one location to another exposing our brand, creating awareness of our product and services, and selling to the masses wherever we are. The customers smile while they browse our clothing and accessories and we pride ourselves on providing convenience, professionalism and great customers service to our new, and existing clients. |
Copa: How would you describe your philosophy of fashion and how do you present it to customers?
Kymberly: I am my brand, so the first impression is usually customers lasting impression, we pride ourselves in ensuring our customers feel welcomed. We always want to solve a need, provide quality clothing and accessories conveniently. We continue maintain lasting relationships with our clients and to leave the shopping for themselves to us. |
Copa: What does the future hold for Kymberly Knighton and her world of fashion and style with Prestige Concepts Boutique?
Kymberly: I’m so excited for what the future holds, Prestige Concepts is gearing up to expand the brand. More locations to shop our product, and more merchandise to choose from. Our plus line is growing, stay tuned for more on our curvy line. We hope to manufacture and create our very own Custom Styles soon. I'm preparing to connect with some major networks and branch out to television and film.
