Copa: Where were are from?
Sabrina: I was born and raised in the Inner City Parts of Cleveland, Ohio. Copa: What schools have you attended?
Sabrina: I attended Wade Park Elementary Central Junior High School, John F. Kennedy High School, and East High School I obtained two Associate's degrees from Cuyahoga Community College, one in Business Administration the other in real estate. Copa: What did you pursue immediately after school?
Sabrina: My interest early after schooling in sports fitness hair styling and fingernail designs. Copa: When did you become interested in the world of fashion?
Sabrina: I would have to say I became interested in fashion at a very early age somewhere around the ages of seven or eight. |

Copa: Have you ever entertain the idea of becoming a model early in your life?
Sabrina: I've always thought of becoming a model but I never thought I fit society's criteria of being a model.

Copa: How did you feel about competing with the other models that evening?
Sabrina: I really couldn't tell you how I was feeling during the competition because I was so focused on trying to fit in with all these beautiful ladies that were currently in the industry. I worked very hard on focusing on my poise, my speech, and my walk. With this being my first time modeling at this magnitude I thought I would be nervous but I did not become nervous until the announcing of the winner.

Copa: Were you surprised when you realized you won the competition?
Sabrina: I was so surprised that I won first place that I didn't even know I won it's like I heard them say they were getting ready to announce the first place winner and then I heard my name but I didn't connect my name to the first place winner and then they said my name again and the other models backstage said that's you!

Copa: What does the future hold for Sabrina Young and her world of fashion and style?
Sabrina: In the near future I would like to become more involved in the fashion industry, as far as modeling is concerned. I would like to be the the face and the spokes-model for the in between model if I can say that from my perspective of the fashion industry.
As for modeling, there were only two types of models that were the full figured model category and then there was the model that was very small in size. I would like to travel rather it be within the United States or abroad there are plenty of women out there just like myself and I would like to show that dreams do come true.
