1. The DCFW Fashion Industry Networking Party took place @ The Felt Lounge inside the MGM Grand Hotel in Maryland.
2. The reason the event is put on each cycle is to get people talking and to create buzz about all of the weeks fashion events. It's designed for the models, designers, organizers and fashion enthusiasts to come together meet and greet and be amongst their piers and of course to party and have a ball.
3. I love the atmosphere specifically at the Felt Lounge but it's very conducive to a party and festive vibe. the music is loud and the conversations are flowing and of course the cocktails are flowing.
4. I actually think the venue is perfect for the occasion as I've notice that Ean Williams have selected this spot for a couple years now. I find in big enough and yet intimate enough the party and have a nice conversation and be seen all at the same time.
5. I think it's important because it keeps you focused on what and why we do this. Fashion is our passion for most of us and this event celebrates that. It's a small enough community here in the DMV area that we call can come together and support a great vision and be apart of something special.
6. I always have the expectations to greatness and super fashions and DCFW never disappoints. I look forward to supporting and sometimes working with designers to get things moving and of course to be in support of my clients that are invited to walk in the shows so I never get tired of viewing the shows over the weekend, I don't always get to see them all but I try!
