Copa: Where are you from?
Ariana: I was born in Abilene, Texas and I now live in Bridgeport, Texas.

Ariana: I'm presently 19 years old.

Copa: At what time did you discover your love for fashion?
Ariana: I would say that my true love for fashion started when I was ten years old, I remember I used to love accessorizing all my outfits with sparkly scarves. I loved putting on bracelets, necklaces, earrings and I can’t forget I had to have my shoes matching my outfit. Copa: Tell us about your experience at the Blaque Barbie Fashion Show.
Ariana: My experience at the Blaque Barbie Fashion Show was definitely way different than any other show I’ve ever been in. The energy that was at the show was outstanding. I’m not used to being cheered for while walking so I will admit I was a bit nervous with all the cheering, but the adrenaline I received from it was amazing. All the models backstage were very fun to be around, I really and truly loved being apart of this show and I can not wait to do more shows with Blaque Barbie Boutique. |
Copa: Was this your first experience in participating in a fashion show and tell us about what garments you wore in the show?
Ariana: This was not my first experience participating in a fashion show. The garments I wore were so chic and very unique. I wore a light pink dress with ruffles it was a high low and it made me feel so beautiful. I wore a two piece set and I will admit I fell in love with it, I would like to say the color looked fuchsia but it was absolutely stunning it had beautiful designs and it looked so elegant. My last garment was a very nice white blouse with black rose designs on it, it was open in the front and the back and it paired perfectly with the black silky pants that were open on the sides, it was truly gorgeous. I loved all of the garments I wore.

Copa: Please tell our readers about your first experience at your first modeling photo-shoot.
Ariana: My experience at my first modeling photoshoot was very different from doing shows in garments. During a photoshoot you’re doing different poses to truly show all the sides and angles of the garments, it’s also a really good time to show your fun side throughout the entire shoot. I enjoyed being able to show my creativity and show who I was in all of the pictures and as I changed garments my attitude changed along with it so that was a very unique experience for sure.

Ariana: My top 3 favorite models of all time would be, Cindy Crawford because not only is she a very well known supermodel but she has also done lots of charity work to help children all across the world. Pamela Reif is a model from Germany and she also has her own brand of healthy snacks and she has a cookbook of healthy recipes to make at home as well as her YouTube channel which is full of workouts to do at home. Yasmeen Ghauri because not only was she very successful she was also beautiful inside and out, she taught me that being a model is not only about having good looks it is also about having a good soul to match with it.
