Last week I was honored to be invited to judge the Miss United States pageant held in Washington DC along with some very prestigious judges around the country – some I knew locally – Linda Kilbrith Suter, CEO Linda’s Galas, Lamont Easter of House of Card fame, Shawn Roberts, Brian Silver, Men Against Breast Cancer, Emily Gonzaga, swimsuit designer, to name a few of the judges – I can truly say it was a fabulous experience! The girls were not only beautiful and stylish, but are very well-read and committed to serving their communities and the world for “Good!” Per the Miss United States FaceBook page, the following describes the mission of the Organization: https://www.facebook.com/MissUnitedStatesOrganization?fref=ts
"At the local, state, and national level the Miss United States Organization gives women the opportunity to promote a platform of community service. The pageant system allows young women all over the country to interact and discuss their achievements in service and volunteerism. It promotes the intellect, moral character and personal engagement of its outstanding participants as they pursue success in achievement."

Kudos to PS Privette, CEO Pageant LIVE and Paige Clark of their behind the scenes work.
Judging the 2015 Miss United States pageant was truly an honor for me – thank you to all who made it possible!
