Toni Horton Tomlin
Copa: Where are you from?
Toni: I’m originally from New Jersey—a Jersey girl with a little edge, a lot of resilience, and a strong sense of community. After retiring from the Navy, I settled in the DMV area, which has become home and a major part of my entrepreneurial journey.

Copa: At what time did you develop an interest in business?
Toni: I’ve always had an interest in business. The curiosity was always there. But for many years, I was focused on raising my children, serving my country, and honoring the season I was in—it just wasn’t time yet.
Ironically, the most devastating season of my life—losing my mother unexpectedly—became the catalyst. During that significant life transition, I leaned deeply into personal growth. I became more conscious of my energy, more aware of my thoughts, and more intentional with my actions.
From that place of healing and clarity, I opened my first business with the intention of bringing positivity, intention, and energy-centered experiences into the lives of others. What began as personal restoration evolved into purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

Copa: When did you establish My Healing Suite and why?
Toni: My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity evolved from my original brand, Faith2Felicity, and officially transitioned into its experiential model in 2024. From 2021 to 2024, we operated a Crystal Café at National Harbor. It was an incredible chapter. We welcomed guests from across the country—and even around the world—who came to create bracelets, explore gemstones, and share meaningful moments with us. It became more than a storefront; it was a gathering place. In 2024, I made the intentional decision to close the physical location. I took time to regroup and reflect. What emerged was a strategic pivot: I transformed our most profitable and impactful offering—the bracelet-making experience—into a mobile wellness lounge model. Now, instead of waiting for people to come to us, we bring the experience to them. It’s about creating space for reflection, connection, and community in the midst of a digital world. |
Copa: Please tell our readers about the many services at your events.
Toni: Our signature experience is Sip & String™, our intentional bracelet-making activation. Guests create custom gemstone bracelets while being thoughtfully guided through reflection and intention-setting. It’s interactive, reflective, and meaningful.

Copa: In your opinion, what makes My Healing Suite so special, and what new changes are coming ahead?
Toni: What makes My Healing Suite special is the fusion of structure and intention. We are both strategic and intuitive. Every Sip & String™ event is thoughtfully designed—not just visually appealing, but emotionally impactful and purpose-driven.
Community is our superpower. You don’t need prior experience making bracelets. You don’t have to know the person sitting next to you. What we know is that by the end of the experience, you’ll leave with a new connection and a renewed sense of alignment with your goals.
Many people are familiar with sip-and-paint events. You go, you create a painting that may or may not look like what you intended, and eventually, you have a closet full of canvases that don’t quite fit anywhere. With Sip & String™, you leave with something you actually wear—something meaningful that serves as a daily reminder of your intention. It’s creative, but it’s also practical and personal.
This next chapter is about taking our show on the road and building a deeper community. We currently host ongoing experiences at the Wyndham Hotel & Resort and are expanding into new locations. We’re launching a quarterly veterans networking event in Woodbridge and have upcoming activations in Virginia Beach, Richmond, Montclair, New Jersey, Martha’s Vineyard, Houston, and Miami—just to name a few.
The focus now is visibility, mobility, and connection. We’re building community beyond one location—creating intentional spaces wherever we go.
