Copa: Where are you from?
Stephanie: I am originally from Salisbury, Maryland, referred to as the Eastern Shore, Maryland, on the other side of the Bay Bridge, 2.5 hours east of Washington, DC. Copa: At what time did you establish your business?
Stephanie: I started my Event Planning Business, Stephanie White Events in the Summer of 2006, the month of August to be exact, & will be celebrating 20 YEARS in BUSINESS this Summer!! Copa: What services do you provide?
Stephanie: During the past 19 years I’ve coordinated weddings, destination weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, baby showers, fashion shows, etc., but in my quest to rebrand my business, I’ve streamlined my services to include Event Consultation services, Client Research services, Site Visit services, Virtual Moderator & Host services and Event Planning & Coordination services, for the following events:

Copa: What’s the best thing you love about special events?
Stephanie: One of the best things that I’ve loved about doing special events is bringing the client's vision for their event to life. It’s the “Start to Finish” process for me. The planning process initially runs a little slowly, but then it speeds up as the event date approaches. It’s an adrenaline rush for me, especially on the day of the client’s event!

Copa: What interesting activities do you have planned for 2026?
Stephanie: As an Entrepreneur & Author, I have a few speaking events coming up; on February 24, 2026 I will be a part of Ken “Dr. Smiley” Rochon’s “Black Hour of Power” event for Black History Month.
* In March, I will be a part of the Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women In Business Summit March 23-27 2026: I will be teaching a MASTERCLASS for Event Planners looking to start a business and looking to expand their business.
* I have a NEW BOOK Coming Out 2nd or 3rd QTR 2026
* Planning 1st Inaugural Serenity Escapes Self & Wealth Care Retreat, Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina, June 05 -07, 2026. WEModel USA is partnering with Stephanie White Events, LLC on this Weekend Retreat Event

Copa: Please tell our readers all about your latest fabulous photo shoot with Jackie Hicks.
Stephanie: I had a wonderful Headshot Photo Shoot with Ms. Jackie Hicks on Saturday, January 03, 2026. I was very excited about the photoshoot because I remember how beautiful my Headshots were when I got them done in 2018 by Ms. Jackie Hicks. My make-up was done by Dr. Kym Lee-King, and she did a wonderful job. Accessories were done by Ms. Chiquita McKenzie with Traveling Jewelz, and hair by my loc technician & Hairstylist Kari with HairKrush Studio. When I began the process of looking for the outfits for the photo shoot, I spoke with Jackie about the new direction, etc., and then I consulted my Stylist friend and Brother, Mr. Ronald Byrd, owner of PROOF Modeling Agency, and he gave me some wonderful advice on how to move forward with the attire. I did 4 looks: 2 suits from Ann Taylor, 1 Dress from New York & Company, and a Fun and Funky look with my favorite HOT PINK Blazer, Leather Pants and a Pump for the Shoe. This photoshoot was fun. Ms. Jackie Hicks is phenomenal at giving direction and incorporating a creative flow of looks and poses. Jackie took so many great photos that will be used for my upcoming projects, etc. We had a great time with this photo shoot!

Well, I plan to have a book tour scheduled for my New Book, more Master Class Teachings and I foresee another Retreat Event in my future.
