Reema Kapani
~ 2026 Filmmaker of the Year ~
Copa: Where are you from?
Reema: I was born in India, a land overflowing with culture, music, and storytelling. Those roots shaped my soul and taught me that art has the power to heal, inspire, and unite people.
Copa: At what time did you become interested in filmmaking?
Reema: My love for storytelling began early through dance, music, and stage performances. For years, I ran several dance studios, mentoring students who performed at the Kennedy Center, Disneyland, Disney World, and Las Vegas global conventions.
During the COVID era, when the world slowed down, I explored cinematic arts. Filmmaking became a humanitarian journey for me—where I help passionate artists who may not come from the traditional film industry see their dreams come alive on the silver screen.
“Cinema allows me to combine everything I love—dance, music, emotion, and storytelling—into one powerful medium.”

This film is a Hollywood, Bollywood, and Nollywood collaboration, filmed across Africa, India, and the United States—including Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, and Los Angeles. It is suspenseful, entertaining, and deeply emotional, with a powerful message about protecting our only home, Planet Earth.

Copa: How do you coordinate music, dance, modeling, and filmmaking?
Reema: For me, these worlds are interconnected. Dance teaches expression, music carries emotion, fashion celebrates creativity, yoga nurtures balance and inner strength and filmmaking brings it all together.
“Every project I create is guided by one purpose: to inspire people, empower artists, and show the transformative power of art.”

Copa: What is your philosophy in entertainment and organizing talented people?
Reema: “Lead with heart, purpose, and respect.” When artists feel valued and inspired, extraordinary creativity emerges.
Entertainment should do more than entertain—it should touch souls, ignite conversations, and remind us of our shared humanity. My goal is to create environments where dreams are nurtured, and art can truly change lives.
