Patrice: I came out of the womb playing 'dress up' and doing hair, and later on in life, I discovered makeup. And at what time? I lay out on the back of the couch looking like one of the old pinup models from back in the day.

Copa: Who are your 3 favorite models of all time and why?
Patrice: My all-time favorite model wasn’t a model but a singer named Diana Ross who starred in the movie “Mahogany” That was my first glimpse of a beautiful black woman who looked like me. The fashions in the movie had me dressing up in blankets and sheets daily. Then later in life I became familiar with other beautiful models such as Iman, Beverly Johnson, and Naomi Campbell. Each of these women represents elegance, grace, and beauty.
