Copa: At what time did you meet Renee?
Marcella: I met Renee through the Military. When she arrived in Bethesda, I was the officer on duty when she checked in. Renee was the last person I saw before I was relieved from my shift, so we could speak for hours. We became friends that same day, and we’ve been friends since then for 41 years.
We both started going out dating different guys and then I got married we made initially remain single and then she got married, and our husbands became great friends. Then we both got divorces. But I had two children and Renee became their aunt later on. She got married, and we have always stayed in each other‘s lives. Our families were connected. I spent holidays with her family just as well as she spent holidays with my family and my children We also did a lot of double dating with the guys we met.
