Damon: I bring a very high level of positive energy to every event and interaction. For me, the customer experience means everything—it’s the heartbeat of every successful moment. I pride myself on being engaging, approachable, and free-spirited, creating an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely part of the experience.
It all started back in college, when I began hosting events in Tulsa, OK. My passion for bringing people together quickly grew. After returning home, I hosted my first All White Birthday Party on a boat in Baltimore.
What began as a small gathering of about 50 friends quickly grew into a crowd of 175 guests, completely filling the ship. That moment was a turning point—I realized the demand, the energy, and the joy these experiences brought to people. And from there, the journey took off.
