  My mantra is I'm living Great at 69 . i adopted this slogan while on a flight travto Los when an elderly woman sitting next to me stirred up a conversation. afyet sharing my journey and she being floored by my youthful outgoing personality and accomplishments , said to me, you're living Great at 68! I will say dating is challenging..I'm caught between a rock and a hard place. As guys my age are too settled and most have health issues and they younger guys..who I mostly attract are not mature enough. 
  
  I became engaged in Bikini Fitness when I was 63, at the encouragement of trainer Shawn Lewis whom I retained to simply get in shape.
  
  I have a total of 7 1st place master Bikini 1 st place bikini mom and 1 2nd place Bikini Masters catagory
